As a psychotherapist in private practice, I provide psychotherapy based on a compassionate and practical approach, to help my patients gain more love, respect, and success for themselves. I view psychotherapy as research into the realities of the patient's life. This research must be done in the context of an important, collaborative effort between therapist and patient as equal partners: exploring ideas together and being curious about behavior and the causes behind it.
I also believe good psychotherapy to be an active process of re-education, challenging the ideas that get in the way of enjoying life.
People who have worked with me have experienced success in dealing with specific problems such as, relationship and family difficulties, depression, anxiety, fears, career and health issues.
Because I believe psychotherapy is an important investment in oneself, I encourage people to interview me without charge, to evaluate carefully my ideas, opinions, and how I work before deciding whether or not to hire me.
I invite you to interview me at no charge.
